| HYDRATION: Water jugs with cups on every bench along with stations |

| FIELD MANAGERS: Keep penalty time and monitor bench area |

| TEAM TENTS: 10×10 tents on every bench to provide shade during games |

| SCOREBOARDS: Every field has one! Nothing worse than score mix ups. Not at our tournament! |

| ATHLETIC TRAINERS: Certified Athletic Trainers stationed between all fields |
